Terms of Services
<ul>
 <li>A savings or current account with BCEL is required to use the service.</li>
 <li>Only account holders or individuals authorized by an account holder may register for the service.</li>
 <li>Users must accept the terms and conditions and complete an application form with accurate information prior to service use.</li>
 <li>A power of attorney letter is needed if the account holder cannot register personally; valid ID cards from both the account holder and representative must be provided.</li>
