Terms of Services

• A savings or current account with BCEL is required to use the service.
• Only account holders or individuals authorized by an account holder may register for the service.
• Users must accept the terms and conditions and complete an application form with accurate information prior to service use.
• A power of attorney letter is needed if the account holder cannot register personally; valid ID cards from both the account holder and representative must be provided.
